한신공장 사무소동

50년 기억의 장소, 50년 미래를 담을 새 집

부지는 50년 기업 역사 중 30여년간의 터전으로, 공장동과 사무동, 식당동이 친숙하고 소박한 정원을 둘러싸고 있었다. 하지만 크게 성장한 기업을 수용하기에 모자람이 있었고, 앞으로의 50년 이후를 기약할 새 집이 필요했다. 아쉬움이 따르지만 사무동과 식당동을 철거하고 그 자리에 사무, 식당, 강당, 복지의 기능을 담는 하나의 사무동을 짓게 되었다.

녹지에 둘러싸인 사무소

가운데를 최대한 비워 녹지휴식공간을 만들고, 외곽의 녹지동산을 따라 사무공간을 선형으로 펼쳐 배치하여, 내부로는 녹지중심의 중정을 형성함으로서, 작업공간과 업무공간이 자연과 어우러져 마치 커다란 산소통을 품은 형국이 되도록 하여 어디서도 고개만 들면 녹지가 시야에 들어오도록 하였다.

A place of 50 years of memory, a new home for 50 years of future

The site has been home for 30 years for a 50 year history of the conglomerate and a simple but friendly atmosphere garden is surrounded by a factory building, an office building, and a cafeteria. However, there was a shortage of accommodating companies that had grown rapidly, and a new home was desperately needed to pledge the next half century. It was a shame to demolish the office building and the cafeteria building, in that place, an office building that contained functions of office work, cafeteria, auditorium and welfare was proposed.

Office surrounded by greenery space

A green space is formed by emptying the centre as much as possible, and the office space is laid out in a linear manner along the outskirts of the greenery garden, and the inside is formed into a courtyard centered on the green space. It was made to be the shape so that the greenery could come into view if you looked up anywhere.
